Sheffield High School Broomhill, Sheffield
Sheffield High School is a caring, happy and supportive school for girls aged between 4 and 18, where traditional values are combined with dynamic and forward-thinking teaching.
Very high standards of behaviour, a supportive pastoral and guidance system, excellent teaching and a vast choice of extra-curricular clubs help the girls to achieve their full potential. Our sixth year with a 100% pass rate at A-level and an exceptional percentage of top grades [83% A/B grades] keep Sheffield High School amongst the highest performing schools in Yorkshire. Equally impressive GCSE grades [82% A*/A] were the best in the whole of Yorkshire.
Sheffield High School continues to build upon its success and, having already provided additional state-of-the-art facilities for science, art and ICT, the School is delighted to have added more specialist facilities for the Infant and Junior Department and a large extension to its Sixth Form Centre.
Coaches bring girls in from Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and after school care is available.
